Mouse Monoclonal Vasopressin Antibody (DEN1)

This antibody generated by Dr. William North Professor of Physiology and Neurobiology of Dartmouth Medical School (now Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College) using vasopressin coupled to bovine thyroglobulin. 

Specificity: Less than 0.1% reactivity with oxytocin in RIA Tested Applications IHC-formaldehyde fixed tissues, Flow cytometry , RIA, ELISA

Storage Instructions:   Shipped at 4 o C. Store at 4 o C short term (1-2 weeks). Upon delivery                              aliquot and store at -20 o C or -80 o C. Avoid freeze/Thaw cycling. 

Storage buffer:              Preservative none. Stable if stored as 1:100 dilutions in PBS containing    1.25 mg/ml of BSA at -20 o C.
